Brasil Mata Viva Projects

Xingu Mata Viva Project

The Xingu Mata Viva Project covers an area of approximately 194,201.22 hectares, in the north-northeast of the state of Mato Grosso, confined between Pará to the north and Tocantins to the east, with the majority of its municipalities set on the right banks of the Xingu River.
The 7 municipalities that comprise the Project area of influence are: Barra do Garças, Luciara, Marcelândia, Santa Cruz do Xingu, São José do Xingu, São Félix do Araguaia and Vila Rica. The project is made up of 64 private properties that altogether generate 88,764,072 UCSVT BMV.

Teles Pires Mata Viva Project

The Teles Pires Mata Viva Project covers an area of approximately 72,316 hectares, in the north-northeast of the state of Mato Grosso, occupying the right banks of the Teles Pires River, with Pará to its north and Tocantins to its east.
The 12 municipalities that comprise the Project area of influence are: Alta Floresta, Carlinda, Colíder, Itaúba, Marcelândia, Nova Canaã do Norte, Nova Guarita, Nova Santa Helena, Novo Mundo, Santa Carmem, Sinop and Terra Nova do Norte. The project is made up of 85 private properties that altogether generate 36,781,607 UCSVT BMV.

Madeira Mata Viva Project

The Madeira Mata Viva Project is located in the southeast of the state of Amazonas, where the participating properties are located, on both the right and left bank of the Madeira River, with the State of Pará as its Southern border.
The region is made up of the municipalities of Apuí, Borba, Canutama, Careiro, Humaitá, Manicoré, Nova Aripuanã, Tapauá, all within Amazonas and the city of Porto Velho in the state of Rondônia. The project is made up of 42 private properties in 182,297.30 hectares, that altogether generate 193,249,175 UCSVT BMV.

Arinos Mata Viva Project

The Arinos Mata Viva Project covers an area of approximately 105,930 hectares, in the midwest of the state of Mato Grosso, with the majority of its municipalities set on the left banks of the Arinos River.
The municipalities that comprise the Project area of influence are: Brasnorte, Campo Novo dos Parecis, Diamantino, Juara, Lucas do Rio Verde, Nova Maringá, Nova Mutum, São José do Rio Claro, and Sapezal. The project is made up of 42 private properties that altogether generate 58,370,268 UCSVT BMV.
